The need to generate innovative solutions clearly is closely related with professional activities of special education teachers. The specificity of functioning of people with disabilities, unpredictability of actions and behaviours, developmental disharmoniousness imposes the searching and implementing of customized solutions, improvements and modifications to adjust the educational process to the needs and capabilities of this group of students. The presented beliefs have become the basis for research activities allowing to describe the innovativeness of special education teachers in their workplace. The main aim of this article is to attempt to determine the relationship between innovativeness in the workplace and locus of control in special education teachers group.

W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badania związku aktywności wynalazczej przedsiębiorstw przemysłowych państw Grupy Wyszehradzkiej, mierzonej za pomocą liczby zgłoszeń do Europejskiego Urzędu Patentowego, z wielkością nakładów na badania i rozwój ponoszonych w obszarach działalności gospodarczej o różnym poziomie zaawansowania technicznego. Wyniki jedno- i wielorównaniowej analizy kointegracyjnej danych panelowych dla lat 2005–2014 wskazują, że długookresowa elastyczność liczby zgłoszeń patentowych względem nakładów na badania i rozwój jest wyższa, po pierwsze, w przypadku działalności w dziedzinie wysoko zaawansowanej techniki, niż w dziedzinie średniowysoko zaawansowanej techniki, po drugie, w dziedzinie wysoko zaawansowanej techniki dla aktywności badawczej finansowanej ze środków własnych, niż w przypadku badań finansowanych ze środków publicznych. Stwierdzono również, że w przypadku średnionisko i nisko zaawansowanej techniki, nakłady na badania i rozwój nie determinują jednoznacznie liczby zgłoszeń patentowych.

Architecture created in Poland of 21st C. is somewhere a mode of selfpresentation, in another cases is a method of shouting down the others. It is also aomwhere talking without any thesis, instead with a large dose of a badly understood assertiveness. Whe should to built a clear architectural activity, more objectified, and tied with a contemporaneity. We should begin from the most basic rules, from the certain architectural grammar. The identity can be understood as a set of features, which e.g. let to distinguish architecture growing out in Poland, in contrary to architecture rooted somewhere elsewhere. Those are not always any formal features. In order to understand what a spirit of the place really is, e.g. in ancient Rome there was an idea of the watchman spirit. This spirit gives life to the people and to the places, accompany them since they a born until they are dead. It determines their character or the content.
